FP34D

The attached Microsoft Excel document should help practices identify FP34D items that need claiming.

Information is explained on the README tab within the Excel Workbook.

Ideally if every practice ticked P\Admin when prescribing, items wouldn't be missed.

However, the workbook doesn't presume practices are recording things correctly and shows reports on claimable items that have been marked as Personally administered and those that have not.

It also performs a read code search to try and identify the possible number of prescriptions they should have, i.e. if there are 13 x "Depo-provera injection given" clinical read codes, there should also be 13 Depo-Provera scripts.

A list of claimable items are included in the "Search List" in the workbook. So there is a tab that counts just these items and a tab that counts ALL Vaccines, Anaesthetics, Injections, Pessaries, IUCDs (including diaphragms), Diagnostic reagents and sutures
